Initial Project
1) Audit current workflows and processes, and re-map how they would get done in SharePoint and Teams. Identify where all files are stored (cloud drives, flash drives, local drives) and where they will be migrated to on the new system. It is critical to involve stakeholders and teams during this phase to build trust & buy-in for the entirety of the project.
Implementation
2) Carry out the implementation, setup accounts, teams, document libraries with metadata and security permissions.
Learning & Development
3) Training consists of hands-on introduction, e-learning with training videos, question & answer sessions for topics beyond beginner and intermediate, as well as the formation of Community of Practice that can share best practices with one another. Nurture champions, so each team has a local resource they can lean on.

4) This type of work consists of visiting teams, idenfying pain points in their current usage, and creating next steps to remove friction or future problems.
